Customers = people who buy sth from you
(NOT clients = people who receive professional service from a lawyer, architect etc)

Menu = a list of dishes (and drinks) in a restaurant
Specialty = a special dish (“Fried octopus is our specialty”)

Chinese has only one word for bake, toast and roast = 烤 (Kao) in Mandarin. What is the difference?
